Responsible Surfing has very useful and effective set of tools for you to protect youself and clean the history of your internet activity.  With just simple steps you can clear browser cache, clear browser history, clear all the auto complete infromation.  You can also clean temporary files on the computer and clear system cookies.

Browser Cache
Clear Start Menu Run
Clears the history of the last commands you have entered in the Windows Start Menu > Run Feature.  

Clear Start Menu Search
Clears the entire history of searches you have performed in Windows Search in the Start Menu. 

Clear Windows Recent Documents
Clears the list of Recent Documents and Files opened on the PC. This list is usually located in the Start Menu > My Recent Documents.

 

Clear images on your computer
Search your computer for images and gives you the option of deleting them.

Browser History
Internet Explorer History

Removes the history of websites visited using Internet Explorer as well as clear the list of URLs typed into the Internet Explorer address bar.

Internet Explorer - URL History
Removes your history of typed URL from the Internet Explorer address bar.  When this history is stored, Internet explorer tries to guess the website you are trying to visit using !!Intellisense!! as you type www.go - it will guess www.google.com, or any other address that starts with www.go you visited in the past.

Clears the list of FTP accounts accessed by the current user of the PC.

 

Auto Complete
Internet Explorer - Intelligent Forms

Auto Complete Passwords Removes the entire history of auto complete forms and passwords from Internet Explorer.
If configured, Internet Explorer will store data for common forms, usernames, and passwords online. These will be auto populated when you return to the sites where this data is saved for. This option clears this data and protects you from other users on your PC logging into your profiles online.

Temporary Internet Explorer Files

Delete all saved temporary files that Internet Explorer creates when you visit web sites or download content.

Internet Explorer Cookies

Deletes all Internet Explorer cookies that are installed on your computer.

 

Temporary Files (Windows)
Windows Temporary Files

Empties the Windows Temporary directory. It helps to make room on your hard drive by freeing wasted space.

Windows Recycle Bin

Empties the contents of the Windows Recycle Bin.

Windows Explorer

Clears the recent file history of Windows Explorer.
