computer use so it will not affect other important things in my life and will not take part in
anything online that could either harm me or steal too much of my time.I also agree
that _________________ may monitor my computer use and put restrictions on both how much
and for what I use the computer. I further agree that my maximum time allowance for computer

to use Responsible Surfing to monitor and restrict my computer use. Administrator/parent agrees
to respect my privacy on the computer and only review materials that are relevant to the goals we
