computer for necessary things that neither harm me nor steal too much of my time. I also agree

and for what I use the computer. I further agree that my maximum time allowance for computer

to use Responsible Surfing to monitor and restrict my computer use. He/She agrees to respect
my privacy on the computer and only review materials that are relevant to the goals we are
